Art is Life ry began with a straightforward idea: creative expression should be available to everyone in Helsinki — not just people with gallery connections, an art degree, or a trust fund.

Since 2024 we have run 50+ events and exhibitions, brought together visual artists, musicians, and makers from across the city, and built something that keeps showing up — in studios, in bars, on walls, on stage.

We are a registered nonprofit. We run on volunteer energy, community support, and the occasional questionable decision that turns out to be the best idea we ever had.
